Wipfli Digital fueled the launch of our client’s first-ever mobile loyalty program through our UX design process, constant collaboration and deep customer understanding. In the first year, Kwik Trip exceeded its adoption goals by more than 150%.

The Solution

Leveraging user research and usability testing, we helped Kwik Trip launch its first-generation loyalty program by designing and developing the Kwik Rewards apps for iOS, Android, and responsive web. Teaming with Kwik Trip's internal API developers, we ensured every feature in the app could meet ever changing customer behavior and business needs.

Nine months after launch, Kwik Trip had already signed up more than one million customers — exceeding its target for year one. Today, Kwik Rewards members are able to digitally manage their entire loyalty and payment journey. And new, engaging features are being regularly released.
