Challenge

It can be difficult to work together, share information and leverage technology in remote villages. Operation Smile knew it could operate more effectively, but was unsure how. After a thorough discovery process, we identified key areas to optimize efficiency.

Solution

The solutions we created continue to save Operation Smile thousands of hours. The success of this project initiated a new partnership between Wipfli Digital and Microsoft to bring this innovative volunteer management system to nonprofits across the globe.
